This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds for purchases made through www.VirileValour.com (the “Website”).
Eligibility for Returns
We accept product returns only if the items are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Due to the consumable nature of our supplements, unopened, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
To qualify for a return:
At Virile Valour’s discretion
1. The product must be damaged or defective, incorrect, and in its original packaging.
2. A return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
3. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
4. It needs to be bought directly from www.VirileValour.com
If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
• Email our Customer Support Team at Contact@VirileValour.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.
• Our team will review your request and provide a prepaid return shipping label if your return is approved.
Virile Valour covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns within the United States.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
You may choose between:
• A full refund to your original payment method, or
• A store credit that can be applied toward future purchases.
Please note: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Gift Cards, Unopened, Opened, or partially used products
• Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
• Items purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers
All returns are subject to verification and approval by our quality assurance team.
U.S.-Only Returns
At this time, returns and refunds are only available for orders shipped within the United States. We currently do not process returns for international orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
