By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete your purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address and current local tax laws.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or revise any order prior to shipment.

6. Subscription Orders
By subscribing to any recurring plan, you agree that:
• Your subscription will automatically renew every 28 days,
• You will be charged at the then-current rate for each renewal cycle, and
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal by logging into your account or contacting Customer Support.
Discount codes apply only to the initial order and not to subsequent renewals.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting Contact@VirileValour.com with your order details.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Virile Valour is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

10. Chargebacks and Fraud Protection
Fraudulent, false, or unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will be investigated and disputed.
Virile Valour reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse future orders to individuals involved in chargeback abuse or payment disputes filed in bad faith.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virile Valour LLC, its affiliates, officers, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, purchase, or delivery.
In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Virile Valour reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our Website.
