Shipping Regions


We currently ship orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not provide international shipping. Orders placed outside the U.S. will be automatically cancelled and refunded.


Order Processing Times


All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or peak seasons.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.


Delivery Timeframes


Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 7 business days from the shipment date, depending on the customer’s location. Rural or remote addresses may require additional delivery time.


Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.


Shipping Rates


Shipping rates are calculated based on location and order size at checkout.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes).


Expedited or priority shipping options may be available for an additional cost at checkout.


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions for monitoring delivery progress.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours or longer to appear after shipment.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments


If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Contact@VirileValour.com.

We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, replace or refund the order according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or up to 7 days after expected delivery).


Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

Virile Valour is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Out-of-Stock Items


In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and given the option to wait for restock, receive a refund, or select a comparable product.
